Our Founder Carmen Milagro had an exciting April. Read below for her recap.
This past month I had the pleasure of connecting with music lovers, youth, and green advocates when I was invited to speak at two live virtual events.
On April 20th, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the Green2Gold 55th anniversary of Earth Day and just a few days later, I was honored to share our work at DIVINA WORLD Foundation with the GatherVerse Youth Summit. What amazing experiences to connect with like-minded people and to share our vision for the future. With your help, the DIVINA WORLD Foundation is building bridges between different generations, cultures, and communities and we couldn’t be more proud.
“There's an amazing opportunity that comes with being asked to speak about your heart's passion, dreams and desires on a global level for two important summits each celebrating the magnitude of EARTH DAY's 55-year history that leads to certain beautiful connections and recognitions on a local level too!”
—Carmen Milagro, Founder, DIVINA WORLD Foundation
We think connection is critical, but in a world that can often feel more disconnected than ever before, we knew we needed a unique solution. That’s where the Metaverse comes in. Together with Conectado, Inc., and dedicated supporters like you, we’re building an accessible cultural preservation platform where elders can share their knowledge with younger generations, different cultures can meet and grow together while preserving what makes them unique, and people around the world can experience and share our global history without ever leaving home.
YOU’RE helping build the Indigenous and World Music Hall of Fame. To thank you for your belief in this intergenerational, multicultural heritage preservation plan, I wanted to share a sneak peek. Watch below to take your first steps into the Indigenous and World Music Hall of Fame.
If you can, please consider giving to support our work connecting generations and cultures. Thank you for your time and generous spirit and remember, let’s all be blessed, let’s all be kind, and let’s all be strong together.
